 Mr. Javed Iqbal - C.E.O

Mr. Javed Iqbal is one of the renowned industrialist and Chief Executive Officer of Sitara Energy Limited and on directorship of the company since 1991. He holds Masters in Business Administration degree from University of the Punjab Lahore. He has also served as former President of Faisalabad Chamber of Commerce & Industry (FCCI).

 He is serving as Chief Executive Officer of Sitara Fabrics Limited, Sitara Chemtek (Private) Limited, Sitara International (Private) Limited, Lyallpur Fabrics (Private) Limited, Sarosh Abdullah International (Private) Limited, SA Pharmaceutical (Private) Limited, LCM (Private) Limited and Sitara Infotec (Private) Limited. He is former director of Sitara Chemical Industries Limited, Sitara Textile Industries Limited, Sitara Peroxide Limited, Sitara Enterprises Limited and Sitara Builders (Private) Limited.

 He is also serving as Trustee of Aziz Fatima Trust Hospital, Ghafoor Bashir Children Hospital, Aziz Fatima Girls High School and Liver Foundation Trust. He is also serving as Syndicate Member of Government College University Faisalabad.

 

 Mr. Abdullah Javed

 Mr. Abdullah Javed is serving as director of Sitara Energy Limited. 

 

Mrs. Noureen Javed

Mrs. Noureen Javed is serving as Chairperson of Board of Directors of Sitara Energy Limited and member Human Resource and Remuneration committee. She holds Masters of Business Administration (MBA) degree from The University of Punjab. She holds directorship of the company since 1994.

 

Ms. Haniah Javed

Ms. Haniah Javed is serving as director of Sitara Energy Limited and member audit committee. She holds Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with high distinction from University of Toronto Canada. She also holds Certified Director certification from Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan.


Mr. Mukhtar Ahmad Sheikh

Mr. Mukhtar Ahmad Sheikh is serving as director of Sitara energy Limited since 1995. He holds MS Chemical engineering degree from Nagoya University, Japan. He has served as Training Manager in the Pak Arab Fertilizers Limited from 1977 to 1980, as Project/ Planning Engineer in Riyadh petroleum refinery Saudi Arabia from 1980 to 1989. He has also served as Project Planning Engineer in the Pak American Fertilizers Limited.


Rana Muhammad Arshad Iqbal

Rana Muhammad Arshad Iqbal is serving as Independent Director of Sitara Energy Limited and chairman Audit Committee. He is also Chief Executive officer of "DieZel Group of Companies” serving the Marine and Power Industry of Pakistan since late 90s.

After graduation from Marine Academy, Juldia in 1970 and after having gained relevant sea experiences afloat he obtained the M.O.T First Class Engineer Certificate of Competency (motor ship) in 1981, issued by the Government of Pakistan.

He is fellow member of Institute of Marine Engineering Science & Technology, UK, Royal Institute of Naval Architects, UK, Incorporated Engineer, Engineering Council, UK, Member, ASME and SNAME of USA and is presently holding Secretary Ship of IMarEST, & RINA, UK Pakistan joint branch. He also held Secretary Ship of Mid-East Division, Institute of Marine Engineering Science & Technology from 2010-13.

He Joined Pakistan National Shipping Corporation in 1973 and later joined foreign shipping companies. He has served on passenger, cargo & oil carriers in different capacities including as Chief Engineer from 1982-86. During the course of his afloat services he was involved in ship building project and attended several refreshers and trainings courses in and outside Pakistan. To fulfill a World Bank requirement he was selected in 1986 by Karachi Port Trust as Marine Chief Engineer to look after the Voith Schneider Propelled (VSP) Tugs Flotilla and remained attached as such till 2004.



Mr. Mubashir Ahmad Zareen

Mr. Mubashir Ahmad Zareen has vast experience of about Forty (40) years in Textile Processing, Export of Textiles, Dyes and Chemicals. He is a Graduate, he has got diploma in Textile Processing from Shadra, Lahore in 1974.
